The typical MHN member values high quality medical services. MHN facilitates access to high quality medical services in the U.S. and Nigeria. Other countries will be included in the future. In developing countries, access to adequate healthcare services is often frustrating, confusing, and time consuming. Delayed medical attention can cause complications which may be fatal.

MHN offers access to a healthcare delivery system in which the doctors understand that you are the client, not just a patient, answer your questions, and are not satisfied until the member is satisfied.

MHN acts as its client's advocate by facilitating and arranging timely access to high quality physicians, access to secure email communication and a web based personal health record. MHN's Personal Advocate Liaisons (PALs) assist the client. The services include:
